The Coordinator of Youth Ministry who assumes this role would be expected to approach youth ministry in a way that affirms parents as the primary formators in faith for their children.

The Coordinator of Youth Ministry's responsibilities includes pastoral care of teens as well as pastoral care of the teen’s parents.
