As Mission Support Director, I oversee the support teams in each of the Family parishes. The support teams encompass Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facility Maintenance.  The goal is to drive commonality in business practices across parishes to provide cost efficiencies and improve performance.
