SYMBOLON

Starting January 31, 2019

This is an exciting program for Catholics to learn more about understanding Church teaching and applying it to everyday life. The early Christians described their creed, their summary statement of faith, as the symbolon, the “seal” or “symbol of the faith.”
This series is called Symbolon because it intends to help bring people into that communion of apostolic faith that has existed for 2,000 years in the Church that Christ founded. In other words, the Catholic faith is the same faith proclaimed by Jesus and his apostles.
In this Adult Faith Formation program, Symbolon, in video sessions, will walk you through the entirety of the Catholic Faith–everything you need to know to live as a faithful Catholic. Top experts and teachers will provide a clear and comprehensive explanation of the core teachings of the Church. You will encounter Scripture, history the sacraments, and all the other essentials in a new and meaningful way.
There are thoughtful discussion questions to keep the teaching relevant, opportunities for meditation and reflection, and insights for personal faith formation.
You have an opportunity to sign up for Symbolon, either Part 1 or Part 2. Take a look at the line-up  and choose the one most appealing to you!
